Yes. Inside the dashboard, the Grants page has an 'Add grant' button. Add any opportunity with title, funder, deadline, amount, eligibility, sectors and source URL. Manually-added grants are private to your organisation.

Yes. PDF export is built into every application draft. Full data export (all profile + grants + applications + drafts as JSON) is available on request and free for all plans.

Grantifier AI drafts based on your profile and the grant guidelines we feed it. We've tuned the prompts to be evidence-based and avoid filler, but every draft is meant to be edited by a human before submission. Funders make all final decisions, we're a draft engine, not a magic wand.

Anthropic's Grantifier AI for both grant summarisation and application drafting. We pinned the model in src/lib/anthropic.ts and review upgrades quarterly. We do not run any local model, drafts go through Anthropic's API.

Yes. The application editor lets you change every section, with auto-save. The AI is a starting scaffold; the final voice and any specific data should come from you.

We've prompted Grantifier AI to avoid fabricated numbers and to mark unknown values rather than invent them. That said: always verify any specific claim before submitting. Hallucinations can happen and are your responsibility to catch.

No. the Grantifier AI engine does not train on data submitted through the API. Your profile, drafts and applications stay in your encrypted Supabase project, with row-level security so only your team can see them.

Primary storage is in EU regions on Supabase (Postgres, encrypted at rest). Static assets and serverless functions run on Vercel's global edge with EU as primary region. Anthropic API calls are processed in transit and not retained for training.

We follow UK and EU GDPR principles: lawful basis (contract / legitimate interest), data minimisation, encrypted storage, deletion on request, and data subject rights. Read the full policy at /privacy.

Only authenticated members of your organisation. Postgres row-level security enforces this at the database layer, even Grantifier staff don't read your drafts unless you ask for support and explicitly grant access.
