What payment methods do you accept?+
Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). For Scale plans, invoice + bank transfer is available.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing on Growth gets you 2 months free (~17% off). Same on Scale. Email us to set it up.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your data stays accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. You can export every draft as PDF before then.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers will see VAT added at checkout. EU customers with a valid VAT number can apply reverse charge.
