What Grantifier does
Grantifier is a software platform that helps NGOs (a) discover grant opportunities from public and licensed databases, (b) generate first-draft grant applications using generative AI, and (c) track applications. It is a drafting tool, funders make all final decisions about whether to award grants.

Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person. Don’t share credentials.
- Keep your password secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect compromise.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit fraudulent grant applications, falsified data, or misrepresent your NGO.
- Use Grantifier to apply on behalf of organisations you don’t represent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-abuse the service.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, RLS, or any security mechanism.
- Upload content that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Use the AI features to generate content that violates Anthropic’s usage policy.

AI-generated content
- AI drafts are starting points, not finished applications. Review, edit and verify every section before submitting to a funder.
- We don’t guarantee AI output is accurate, complete, free of errors, or compliant with any specific funder’s guidelines.
- You own your edits and the final application you submit. We don’t claim ownership of NGO content.
- You are responsible for any application you submit to a funder, including all claims, statistics and statements within it.

Grant data
We surface grants from public sources (Grants.gov, EU Funding & Tenders, UKRI and others). Eligibility, deadlines and amounts can change without notice. Always verify against the funder’s primary source before applying. Grantifier is not affiliated with any specific funder unless explicitly stated.

Subscriptions & billing
- Free, Growth and Scale plans are described at /pricing.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your account settings; service continues to the end of the paid period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial-month usage. Material defects are handled case-by-case.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Service availability
We aim for high uptime but provide no formal SLA on Free and Growth plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced where practical. Scale plans can negotiate uptime targets in a separate agreement.

Termination
We can suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose risk to the service or other users. You can close your account at any time; see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grantifier and its operators are not liable for: lost grant awards, lost revenue, indirect or consequential damages, or any decision a funder makes based on an application you submitted.
Total liability for any direct claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where required by law.
